Praetorian Services Group has become known as one of the premier private security firms in the State of Colorado.  With a need for higher class, better quality, custom security and training in Colorado, Mr. Sheets decided to be solution.  Praetorian Services Group only hires highly trained and highly qualified Agents, and still requires that on-going training be apart of the normal operating procedure.

Praetorian Services Group, LLC has been in operation since 2001, though not called Praetorian Services Group until 2008.  Mr. Sheets owned a several companies since 2003 that specialized in various fields.  These companies were: Elite Protection Services, Investigative Security Service, A.P. Sheets Limited and the Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement.  J.P Sheets decided that all four companies he owned were nearly impossible to run effectively as separate entities, so in 2008 he merged them all to make Praetorian Services Group, LLC.

Praetorian Services Group has 2 divisions within; the services division and the training division.  The Services Division offers and performs all security, protection, consulting, investigation and recovery services, both to individual clients and businesses as well.  The Training Division offers training in many security, protection, investigation and recovery related skill sets.  Training and certification in the use of Tasers, pepper spray, firearms, arrest control techniques, building searches, skip-tracing, fugitive recovery training and many more are all part of the normal curriculum for the Training Division.
