Tom performs 15-hours of live radio each week on Denver’s best AM Radio Station 630 KHOW, an affiliate of Clear Channel Broadcasting. His show is distinct and one of a kind. The show serves as a platform to investigate consumer complaints live. In addition he incorporates all members of his Referral List to come on the air as an expert in their field to help consumers with a variety of issues.

Tom can be seen on Fox-31 News at 9pm in Denver as part of the news team. Prior to Fox, Tom appeared nightly for 18 years on Denver’s KCNC News-4. Before that he worked at WRAL-TV in Raleigh and WTVT-TV in Tampa. He's also written for newspapers, including a long-running column in the Rocky Mountain News. Tom now writes exclusively for Troubleshooter.com.

• Members must continue to qualify and are monitored to assure compliance to our strict Code of Ethics.
• Members must agree to mandatory arbitration, if they are unable to solve a consumer dispute to the full satisfaction of the consumer. If members do not abide by our arbitrated decision, they will be immediately removed from ReferralList.com.
• If for ANY reason we feel Members are not meeting our high standards, we will remove them from ReferralList.com.
