Fantastic job
My furnace was shooting out fire on a cold, Sunday morning. Todd Terry showed up within an hour to turn off the gas and write up a contract. The next day, his son and crew showed up on time and in an efficient and professional manner, replaced my old furnace within three hours. I am very happy with this family-owned business and will be using their services again.

Highly recommended
New 95% AFUE furnace. Installer showed up on time and finished on time, cleaned up job site. Competitive pricing, considering I had to have work done to bring previous contractor's installation up to code. Provided necessary paperwork for Xcel rebate. Very professional contractor, high-quality work, will definitely recommend and use again.

On Time, On Budget, With Value-Add Service
Todd came to our house to give us a bid. He did a very thorough job of understand the heating and cooling needs of each part of the house, and came up with several cost effective suggestions that none of the other vendors mentioned. His team showed up on the promised days, and completed all the work done in a timely fashion. Since I work out of my house, I really appreciated how considerate they were at keeping the noise level down as much as possible.

Happy Aire customer
In Sept 2009, Todd Terry from Apple Aire gave me an estimate for replacing my furnace and Airconditioning, along with a new water heater. The A/c and Furnace were originally installed in the early 1980's. The price was very fair and he estimated 2 days so that anything that came up could be taken care of. On the installation day, his crew showed up early and both workers took another look at the previous installations to see what they would have to do. They identified the installation as a possible 2/3 day work pace, with at least 4 different things that had to be changed. My house was built in a way that required numerous modifications to the existing installation ). After three days, we had our new A/C , Furnace and Water Heater completely installed, and more important, 100% to Current Code , which made us very happy. Everything has operated without any problems whatsoever. We would highly recommend Apple Aire as they have knowledgeable people who can adjust when faced with a not so normal installation. (And everything to Current Building CODE, which meant a lot to me).

High Quality
Thank you so much for the help of Todd, who worked on the air conditioning at my daughter’s home. I met him there and followed him around so I could let my daughter know what was done. He not only didn’t act frustrated at me trailing him and asking questions, he was very, very nice about it and explained the mechanics of the problem. Thank goodness there are still contactors who care
We just had to replace 2 furnaces and move things around in our home. From the phone call for help, to the meeting with the owner Todd, to the installation and repair done by his two sons (Justin and Shane) this was a top notch job. On the day of the repair these young men worked for 12 hours to get the job done and leave the house the same way they found it. I couldnt be happier that I found this family owned and operated business that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air conditioning needs I know I will be using them from now on! Thanks guys you rock!

Great Service
I used Apple Air for a HVAC commercial job at the Aurora Mall. Although it took me several months to get the project coordinated with the mall, once I recontacted Apple Air, they were out quickly and the job was completed as promised. We had a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater replaced. This was a very big job and one that we researched very thoroughly before deciding on Apple Aire. Todd was very detailed in his bid and very responsive to our questions. He sent his two sons to work on our project. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and their work ethic is one of the many reasons this company is so outstanding.

Very Professional
Apple Aire, Inc. installed a new furnace in my townhouse in the summer of 2009 in conjunction with the new Boulder County Climate Smart Program. From the first interview with Todd, who described my options in understandable detail, made recommendations, and followed up politely, I couldn't be more pleased. Todd's contract saved me hundreds of dollars in comparison to an identical proposed installation and his continuing service contract sealed the deal. His installers, two delightful and professional brothers, were careful and polite and took the time to instruct me in the use of my new touch pad programmable thermostat. I look forward to firing up the new beast in the Fall and enjoying a more efficient and comfortable environment.

Since first installed, the new furnace and the improved humidifier hook-up have been wonderful; much better consistent heat and humidity. I have Apple Aire to my house twice and they have done a great job both times. The first time was this winter when we had a problem with our heater. They fixed it and we were able to stay warm. The second was this week. They saved us from buying a new dryer. I strongly recommend using Apple Aire.

The Works!
Todd and crew have been great to work with over the past 4 years on numerous issues we have had. We originally had them come out to improve a heating and cooling issue with a bedroom over the garage and suggested a zoning system. Works great, no more cold bedroom. They have also been out to replace an old humidifier and most recently to replace an undersized furnance and AC and hotwater heater on the fritz. With all the work we have had done, we can turely recommend them for any heating or AC work.

Repair
Todd was very polite and professional when I called him at 7:30 in the morning. Our furnace quit on us when the temp was -2. He came out when he said he would be here and the price was exactly what he quoted me. Never a sales pitch only suggestions as to what we should do in the future. we will call him in the futue and will refer our friends to him.

Furnace Replacement
Initially I called because of some trouble I was having with my furnace. I chose Apple Aire because of their listing here with Tom Martino. They were very responsive and came out the same day to look at the furnace. The diagnosis was that my heat exchanger was cracked and I needed a new furnace. There was not any pressure from the Tech. and I was left to make my decision. Given the history with my particular furnace I was not doubtful that this was the problem. I scheduled to have Apple Aire replace my furnace and they were able to do it the next day (they showed up 15 minutes before they said they would be there). Cost $3,200.00 for a Trane. I didn't not price around, so I'm not sure how competitive this is. However the installation was great, 2 technicians did the work and were very courteous and conscientious of our house. Work took about 2-1/2 hours. They took the old furnace with them and the new one has been working great. I did have to call them back to deal with a couple of corners and seams in the new duct work that was leaking air, which they did quickly the next day. All in all a great experience.

Electrical & plumming
This company is the best....I will never use another....they do not give you a "3 hour" window, where you have sit and wait...they show up when you request....and they do terrific work. They are honest and dependable...they have been out to my home 3 times. They are the best, and I will never use another.

Heating System Inspection and cleaning
Todd was just here to do a heater inspection and cleaning. He was very professional and courteous. He did what he said he would do. He made a couple of recommendations however did not give a sales pitch. I would not hesitate to call Apple Aire in the future. I was surprised that a system humidifier would be so reasonable. My energy cost savings due to his visit today will more than pay off within just a couple months.
