A friend in Need
In thinking about my experience with Ben, two things stand out: His competency and his manner. He knows what he is doing, and has an extremely functional, streamlined process for his clients to follow. They need only do that, and be honest, and they'll make out as well as they're going to make out. Ben is a gentleman: not rude, not in a hurry, not there with his hand out, but there when he is needed. He cares. He is not judgmental, which is something that helps. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Help when needed!
Benjamin and his staff helped us through a complex bankruptcy involving multiple properties. He was professional before the Trustee and in all stages of the process. He advised us well in preparation of our hearing with the Public Trustee and our outcome was quite favorable.

Excellant results
After consulted another attorney and being told I would not be eligible for bankruptcy I visited Ben Yablon. After a review of my circumstances his opinion was that I would qualify.
