My heater went out yesterday and One Hour had a tech out the next morning. JB came out and was very prompt, courteous, and informative. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had my heat back on with an hour. He explained all options thoroughly along with future options if future service is ever needed. I hope I don't need your services again but will definitely call if I do. Thanks.

Great customer service.
I had a slight problem with service that I received on my boiler from One Hour. They were super accomodating and refunded my money without any hassle. I know that nobody is perfect. It is nice to know that they guarantee their work and have such great customer service when there is a problem. I won't hesitate calling again in the future.

Heating Inspection
Gino just came to my home to service my furnace. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I will absolutely call One Hour again if I need repairs!

Above and Beyond
Last winter my furnace went out and I made several calls off of Tom Martino's referral list to get someone to come out. One Hour Heating gave me excellent customer service over the phone and a time guarantee to be out. They were not able to make it to my house within the required time. All day they kept in contact with me-letting me know they were running much later than expected. I expected not to have to pay the trip charge since they were so late. However, much to my surprise, they came late that evening, fixed my furnance and I was not charged at all for an expensive repair. This is a company that I will use again and have referred many friends their way. They truly went above and beyond!
Cons:Excellent customer service and communication.
