Excellent Company!!
Working in the mortgage world, I know hundreds of mortgage brokers and have chosen Scott Sharpe at Advantage Funding to handle several of my own personal mortgages over the past 9 years. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy, and he makes the loan process speedy and smooth. His pricing is very competitive – I know, I research this regularly! I have also recommended him to many friends. It is definitely nice to have someone to trust out there in this tricky market.
Pros:Smooth process, great pricing, professional and friendly.
Cons:Can't think of any.

Stands above the rest
I've probably done 8-10 mortgage refinances in my days of buying houses in various states. Scott Sharpe's service and value stands above the rest easily. He was able to work closely and quickly with me to identify the right loan package. We juggled closing days based on my schedule (imagine that) and in the end we got a really great value.
Pros:Prompt, very knowledgable and a straight shooter. He's set up his business model to pass the savings on to you.
Cons:You won't be able to tell any more jokes about mortgage brokers.

Advantage Funding
Scott Sharpe of Advantage Funding is the person you should talk to if you are looking for a new mortgage or need to refinance your current loan. Scott is honest, fair and intelligent about today's market. When talking to friends and family and comparing rates and deals I know that we were given the best rate/deal. I feel secure knowing that our mortgage was handled by Advantage Funding.

Solid, consistant Advantage Funding
We know what some mortgage brokers did to some home buyers. Not us. We figured out the difference between Advantage Funding and the fly-by-nights and stayed safe in our refinance. I have already recommended Scott & his staff to freinds & family.

Extremely professional with no surprises.
I'm a real estate investor who has purchased many loans over the last 7 years. Of all the mortgage brokers I have worked with, Scott to is extremely responsive, accurate and has NEVER had any surprise fees at closing.
Pros:Very professional, quick response time, no baloney responses, quick closings and reasonable rates.
Cons:$200 - $300 more expensive than the cheapest brokers.
