Excellent Experience
After having 3 closet companies come in and give us designs, suggestions, and estimates, we chose Closets by Design. From beginning to end our experience with them was excellent. Our designer was very professional and knowledgeable. She even offered advice on other design factors. All 3 closet companies we called in gave us very similar price quotes, so our decision came down to rapport with the designer and her dedication to our projects. It was amazing how much extra space and storage we gained by the designs. We chose the laminate product and are very pleased with it. When we placed the order, we were told it would take about 3 weeks to do the install. However, after asking them to contact me if they had a cancellation, our closets were installed within one week. The two young men who installed our closets were very courteous, professional, and neat. There was no clean up on our part. Since all three quotes were within a few dollars, I really don't know what to say about price. It seemed a bit expensive, however, we did not want wire shelves, so since our job was a designer project, I guess the goods and services we received was in price range for the Denver area. Further, we know that we added value to our home.
Pros:Excellent designer who really listened to our needs and ideas. Excellent design for our needs. Quality laminate product. No pressure to buy. No pressure to select their design. Excellent installation personnel. Good warranty.
Cons:Be prepared to pay for the quality you are getting, but we found it worth it.
