Very Satisfied Customers
Randy was our agent for approximately two months. After our initial meeting with Randy and telling him what we wanted he continually kept us informed of all available homes (according to our wants) within the Castle Rock area.He kept us informed and showed us homes we wished to view, and we finally decided on a home, that was just listed. We decided on this one, and began the process, of working with the lender and seller's agent. He completed paperwork and kept tabs on dates and times of all transactions required to purchase real estate. He then insured that everything was ready and correct at closing. Randy was instermental in my wife and I getting our home and negoitiating a better price as well. He is extremely efficient, competant,and persoanbleto work with and get things accomplished. He is a real estate expert and my wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a Realtor.

Finally a realtor that will hustle when properties
We had used another Realtor in the past to purchase investment properties and was not very happy with the service, then we called Randy and to our surprise he was willing to show properties that same day. He was always available even on weekends to look at properties and was quick with processing offers in a very fast moving market. We contracted on a property for an amazing discount that we were sure was way to low to be considered, Randy's advise saved us a large amount of money. We are very happy with his service and will work with him in the future.

Randy helped us purchase a condo for a rental. He was helpful, always prompt, and just a joy to work with. It is by far the best service we have received from any realtor we have worked with. We used Randy's services in buying a condo. We thought he was a realtor with integrity and it was a pleasure working with him.
