99 rooter
This is my first time using 99 rooter. It was a wonderful experience. Their technician Michael really takes the time to explain what's going on with the drain and backup. I needed 99 rooter to come twice because the problem was complicated and has plagued me for a number of years. There were no additional charges just the original charge. They are very responsive and timely. In the past a company would come out and jack around their fees. I had none of this with this company. I plan to have them out to do more work.
