Move In cleaning - exellent
I had Jim and his crew clean my house before I moved in last weekend. His service was great. We had to have flexible time-frames due to uncertainty of the move-in date. He was very easy to work with. Came to the home during my walk through and gave me a firm estimate. The crew was great. I was very impressed and thought the fee was reasonable. Two crew were there for 4 hours, and cleaned 1950 Sq ft home upstairs, and basement. They even did the windows for a little more.
Pros:Flexibilty with scheduling. Timeliness. Efficient, and easy to work with.

Excel has been cleaning my house for about a year. I have been absolutely trilled with their work they perform. It's great to be able to trust a company to come to my home and clean it without having to worry about the security of my home. I have things that are valuable to me and I know The quality is GREAT and the ownership is awesome. Extremely responsive (Jim, if he's not in the office will call back literally within five minutes) If I need to change my cleaning day ortime , he always figues it out. The costs have always been reasonalble and any additional work is always available. We feel extremely comfortable knowing Excel's staff has our home in their knowledgeable and caring hands. To whom it may concern: we have been using excel services for the last three years, and in that time have developed a very professional and courteous relationship with Excel. The office staff always works with me when we need to reschedule or change dates.They are extremely responsive and timely in all things they do. I do not recall a time they have not showed up for services ever. They constantly amaze me with the quality of service, and the products do not irritate my son's allergies.
