We utilize state-of-the-art IEQ test equipment, including digital camera imaging, real time electronic air quality analysis, air impact sampling and spore-trap equipment, along with numerous other tools to accurately assess your IAQ condition. We are also EPA- and Colorado state-certified asbestos Building Inspectors and Air Monitoring Specialists. For residential investigations, we normally provide a written quotation of your total assessment costs to you. If the total cost is unknown at the time, we will provide a per/hour rate and estimate to complete the investigation. For commercial and industrial applications, we will quote an hourly rate to conduct our initial investigation, provide and evaluate employee questionnaires and investigate the IEQ issues in the building. We will provide post remediation (microbial) and clearance (asbestos) investigations at a quoted, predetermined fee. We provide expert testimony for litigation at a quoted hourly rate.
