John Davis has been a trial lawyer for 20 years and was formerly a Senior Deputy District Attorney in Denver, Colorado. He has represented clients in dozens of court and jury trials and has resolved hundreds of cases across Colorado through settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration and trial.  Mr. Davis has also represented clients on many occassions before administrative agencies and licensing boards at the local, state and federal level.  Mr. Davis also practices "preventative law," providing advice and guidance to businesses and individuals wishing to minimize their risks of future lawsuits.
