John Davis has been a trial lawyer for 19 years and was formerly a Senior Deputy District Attorney in Denver, Colorado. He has represented clients in dozens of civil and criminal court and jury trials and has resolved hundreds of cases across Colorado in state and federal courts and through settlement negotiations, mediation and arbitration.  Mr. Davis has also represented clients before administrative agencies and licensing boards at the local, state and federal level.
