AWESOME COMPANY!
I would very much recommend this company to anyone. After dealing with another plumbing company and having a horrible experience with them, we called Done! Plumbing and were very pleased. The service tech was very prompt, in fact, he was earlier than the time quoted, very friendly and professional and replaced our kitchen faucet in less than 30 mins. Priceless
Brian was able to open a "Pandora's Box" and then continue to remedy it. The issue is this bathroom goes back to the original builder and where others had looked at it and wanted to compromise the solution, Brian managed to get it done right! Brian seems to have a high sense of what it takes to do the right thing and that is priceless!

Highly Recommend Done Plumbing
I have used Done Plumbing for years - for myself, my business, and my 94 yr. old mother. I've always had excellent service from every department. They are always quick to respond to my needs and everyone extends the greatest courtesy. (Even on Christmas when my cousin clogged the drains with potato peels.) When I send them to my mom's for work, I never worry about how she will be treated and that the job will be done with the utmost professionalism. I recommend Done Plumbing to everyone! Done Services Takes Responsibility For Their Servi
A few months ago I wrote Done Services about out-of-pocket expenses I had incurred due to a problem caused by their employee. I sent all of the documentation and a few days later I received a check covering the entire amount. I was so appreciative that I did not have to spend a lot of time with this problem. A rarity these days. Their service is excellent, professional and I have recently recommended them to my neighbor for a major job.

Great Experience with DONE
We called DONE Plumbing on a Sunday and it was snowy and icey. They sent a plumber, John, and he did a GREAT JOB! We had been without water for 24 hours and he fixed the problem and helped cleaned up the mess he made while doing the repair. Thanks again DONE Plumbing for doing such a really good job.

Completely professional
Had a backed up toilet on Christmas Eve. They were able to come out within two hours. As soon as their worker came in the door he covered his shoes with booties to keep our floor clean. He augered out the toilet and found pieces of the shampoo bottle lid our four-year old had flushed. He made sure he had all the pieces out and tested the toilet three times with increasingly large amounts of toilet paper. He left the bathroom as clean as when he started. I was able to use a coupon from their web site to offset the cost. Very professional from start to finish.
