I choose Elkhorn to install because they installed a furnace for me 2 years prior. They are very prompt, professional workers, and do a wonderful cleanup job. We are so pleased that we selected out contractor (Elkhorn) for the service and installation of our new American Standard furnace. The American Standard furnace is running great, it is much more quiet and is heating the house very evenly. We have absolutely no complaints with the furnace or with Elkhorn. The contractor (Bruce) was very informative and friendly, we got along great. The installation crew were right on time, fast and efficient. Elkhorn is a fantastic contractor. Gary and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Having estimates done was pain staking but after selecting Elkhorn, everything was smooth and as stated. As an engineer, I work with contractors daily and I think Elkhorn is top notch. They work at a level that all contractors should strive for. Contractor provided an extended warranty and service agreement with the installed package... a very nice touch. Is a good, family owned business focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
