The best service I have ever received.
I contracted with EX-EL Cleaning and Restoration both professionally and personally. EX-EL provided prompt, courteous, professional, and exceptional service each time. Brad Lee is a polite business professional who takes great pride in his work. I feel I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration from the moment I contacted the office through the final phase of carpet cleaning. I will always consider Brad Lee and EX-EL before any other company for this type of service. They are the best!
Pros:Timing- Met my needs and scheduling conditions without hesitation. Worked around complicated issues and came up with alternate solutions to make my carpeting the best it could be at a very reasonable cost.
Cons:I can't think of one!!
