The professionalism and the respect shown to us during all the visits to our home was very impressive. We had everything explained throughly to us and feel we made a good selection of our new furnace.
Pros: The customer service was amazing, they were respectful, honest, sincere and knowledgable professionals. We needed service right away and we got it...no waiting around; which is great especially when there are heating and/or air conditioning issues.
Cons:None that we can think of...only that we didn't know about Plumblin before.

Plumbing
I had them out yesterday to replace my water heater. I was very happy with the service that glenn provided, he could not have been nicer to me and my wife.
Pros:They were easy to deal with, they allowed us to post date a check for the repair.
Cons:The price was a little more than we expected but service more than made up for the charge.
