Transmission rebuild
Really excellant service and customer care. Despite being closed on weekends, Danny returned a call on Saturday, and also agreed to set up a Saturday pickup after the repair was commplete. He was very explanatory of the damage and repairs needed BEFORE starting work, and provided a hard quote on the cost. As advertised on the website, towing to the repair was free (read, included). I only rated "3" on price because it was expensive...I didn't price shop since I needed the repair and he is listed on ReferralList.com..my guess is that his price is fair...but as expected, a complete transmission rebuild was expensive.
Pros:Excellant customer service. Excellant warranty.
Cons:I'm not positive if the price was reasonable or not...I suspect it IS competitive.
