These people do a good job
Part of my lawn was looking increasingly bad this summer. It was getting very thin and full of brown patches. TruGreen, which I'd used for about 2 years, didn't seem to have an answer, other than to fertilize (very skimpily, I might add), which didn't help much. I finally got fed up with paying for Trugreen's poor-quality service and switched to Lawn Doctor. I was told by the Lawn Doctor technician that my lawn had web worms. They sprayed to correct the problem, applied slow release fertilizer and some weed killer, and now, about a month and a half later, my lawn looks great. It has thickened up and greened up, and the brown spots are gone. If you have problems with your lawn, I would definitely recommend Lawn Doctor.
Pros:The Lawn Doctor technicians seem to be well trained and know what they are doing. Also, the cost is about the same as I was paying TruGreen.

Our Lawn Looks Fabulous!
Tom and I have used Lawn Doctor for years. During the warm months, our lawn is perfectly green and plush. With our maintenance plan, we never have to worry about it ... Lawn Doctor calls us the night before, shows up and takes care of business. We couldn't be happier!
Pros:With the maintenance program, you don't have to think about what your lawn needs. Lawn Doctor takes the guess work out of it.

I have used Lawn Doctor for several years, after switching service from Trugreen. I have never been disappointed by my lawn, the professional field personnel, or the local customer service. They have very low turnover, working under stable local ownership.
