Great Work!
I am a happy regular customer of Streamrite and I recommend them. In trying to decide on a carpet cleaning process, I reviewed the warranty for my new berber carpet. It only allowed for steam cleaning. I contacted Steamrite, and I've been a regular customer for the last 3 years. The Owner, Paul, has always provided excellent service, and is friendly and professional. With a hobby car mechanic husband, a 4-year old son, and an older dog at home, plenty of weird stains have shown up on my carpets. Paul has been able to successfully treat and remove them all. Last year, our dog was sprayed by a skunk, then promptly ran into the house, spreading the horrible smell all around! Happily, Paul got rid of all the smell. What a life saver! As an engineer by profession, I appreciate and respect Paul's good knowledge about various carpet fibers, and the chemistry behind a good cleaning process, including water softening. It is much better than having a couple of 20-year olds just go through the motions of a carpet cleaning, but not really care. Overall, I've been very pleased with the excellent service. I look forward to calling Steamrite for next year's carpet cleaning.

Very satisfied customer
After finding Steamrite on the Troubleshooter referral list, I've become a regular customer. I appreciate the fact that the same person, Paul, returns each time and even remembers my dog's name! This is especially significant since the dog's accidents necessitate some extra attention from a carpet cleaner. I've tried the big names and there's no comparison in the quality of service. I highly recommend Steamrite.
