Quick Call Back
I called Northglenn Heating and A.C., Inc. because of the testimonial that was posted and their close proximity to my home. Once I told them the problem with my heater, they dispatched my request and called me back within seconds of me hanging up the phone. They scheduled me with Same Day Service which is great because of the cold weather that is ontop of the city today and coming in this week-end. Great serive so far. Great Company
I have used Northglenn Heating twice. First to replace a furnace in my in-law's house and when I had my furnace replaced. Both times the company performed the work quickly and with high quality. Their sales, installation and service staff are very polite. Equally important, I called Northglenn Heating with a question regarding an anomaly with the furnace that they installed in my house. Over the phone they told me how to easily solve the issue! In lieu of a service call (where they would have made money) they helped me over the phone. This is a sign of a truly honest company.
