Amazing Emergency Service!
We called Affordable Door around 6pm and was so impressed by the fact that Mary Anne answered the call and was willing to help us troubleshoot the problem. We tried the suggestions and when that didn't work out, she and Peter were at our house within an hour. They were amazing, quick and so polite! We will definitely use them for any future work and refer our friends to them!

Affordable - YES!
My garage door stopped working so I called for an appointment. Mary Ann asked me a series of questions, had me unplug my my garage opener cord, plug it back in after a few minutes and voila, my door was working. Can't get more affordable than that, service over the phone. I will definitely use Affordable Door CO next time I need service. Thank you!

AFFORDABLE DOOR CO - AWESOME!!!!
Our spring broke on a Sunday. After three frustrating hours trying to locate replacement parts (my husband said he would make the repairs) I started looking for a company that could do the work. Affordable Door actually answered their phone. I talked with MaryAnn who told me that Alex would arrive within the hour. She gave me a quote and promised that there would be no other charges. Alex arrived as promised and did the repair work as promised. He was very personable and professional. He did not try to sell me anything I was charged the quoted fee. He checked out the door and made sure there were no other issues. I highly recommend this company and would use again.

Very Impressed!
I was very nervous about having to find someone to repair our garage; that we would be pressured into extras that we didn't need or that the price would be outrageous. Happily I found Affordable Door Company! They were completely upfront about exactly what everything would cost, there was no pressure to do any additional repairs and the serviceman who came out was polite, friendly, and courteous. He was knowledgeable about what he needed to do and did excellent work. He even went above and beyond, going completely over the door tightening and adjusting things at no additional charge to extend the life of our door! I highly recommend this company!

Affordable Door Company
I tried other companies on the referral list and was told that since it was Friday they couldn't send anyone out til Monday. Since our spring had broken there wasn't any way to open our garage door. Then I called Affordable and they said they would come out later that day. They were great to work with and would recommend them as a very service oriented company that wants the business.

Great Job!
I had a door Spring Break. MaryAnn called me within in minutes of submitting an email request for information. They were very accommodating in working around my schedule. Once we scheduled, she called me the evening before to confirm and make sure the time worked for me. A technician named Alex showed up and knocked out the job in about an hour. GREAT SERVICE
Within two hours of my call the technician was out and fixed my garage door. Affordable door didn't try to sell me anything. I had them inspect my garage door opener. They told me it was fine and didn't need to be replaced. It's refreshing not to have a business that always tries to upsell you. I highly recommend them.

Quality Workmanship!
We recently purchased a new home in Aurora. We needed our garage doors installed quickly before the movers arrived with all of our personal belongings. We found Affordable Garage Doors on the Troubleshooter web site and gave them a call. They arrived on time, completed the installation without problems, explained how to work the product, and were very personable. Affordable Door / GREAT !!!!
I read the previous reviews and thought I would give them a try.. After all these are "just" garage door people.. I was wrong and all of the reviews that gave them a 5 stars are correct. Peter & Mary Anne are; on time, professional, VERY clean and their pricing is competitive. I would give them 6 stars.. I have waited for several months to write this review so I could see how there work performs. NO complaints.. With this level of performance they will be in business for a very long time!!!!

Great Service
Recently we needed our garage door spring replaced, and the Door checked for any other issues. They answered the phone and scheduled the appointment the next day. They were prompt and communicated with me when they were running a few minutes behind. They were fast and did a great job. Pete and Mary Anne answered all of my questions and explained the entire process.

Incredible Service, Friendly and Honest
Pete and Mary installed new garage doors for me and thankfully they were on time and under cost of what I was quoted from numerous other companies. I also could not believe how fast they were in and out. They did a fine job and I highly recommend them to anyone needing new garage doors or even a small repair. They are wonderful!

As a remodeling contractor I have access to many subcontractors. Highest degree of professionalism

An Excellent Find !!!!!
As parents with teenagers our garage door gets a ton of use. So when our spring broke we just picked any ole garage door company. Luckily we choose affordable door. Pete and Mary were terrific they recommended a longer lasting spring and gave the door a tune up. We didnt have time to price shop so i couldnt tell you if they were high. But i would pay alot higher if i knew the service was to be this good. Jerry
