I had some problems with my computer and called Dell first to fix the problem....they never fixed the problem, and charged me$200. John came to my home in Greeley and fixed it my computer in a couple of hours. He is honest and trustworthy.....he doesn't try to sell you something....he just fixes the problem.....no problem!

Service plus
When John came to the house in response to a phone call from me about setting up a wireless network, he not only did that but led me along each step so I became familiar with how to do it myself. Then he made other suggestions about my software that will ultimately save me money. He did this with courtesy and professionalism. I would recommend him to friends.

Thank You, John, For Solving My Problems
My computer was running very slowly. Often it would take up to 30 minutes to log-on to the web. To read my e-mail would take hours because of the time it took to load a new e-mail. When I closed a window, it would take a long time. I was completely frustrated. I began thinking I needed to replace the computer. I called John's office one day. The next day he came to my home. He was here 90 minutes. He put in a new chip that increased my memory by 3 times. He removed all excess items I no longer needed. He helped me know how to save pictures from e-mail into My Pictures. He was very helpful and very polite. The cost of the visit was much cheaper than replacing my computer which is now runnomg very smoothly.

PC answers is a great!
My husband and I have called on PC Answers for toubleshooting assorted problems and John and his staff have always been prompt in getting back to us. Quick in setting up an appointment to fix the problem. Knowledgable when they arrive. And Down to earth and easy to work with! I just purchased a laptop from PC Answers and it was easy and economicial. John didn't try to oversell, he gave me practical advice about what kind of laptop to purchase. I was up and running on my new computer within an hour and a half. I cannot say enough good things about John and PC answers!

Great service
We got the number for this company off of Tom's referral list and cannot say enough good things about John. Ended up buying all new computers, and have personally seen his dedication to making sure everything worked well and we were happy with our purchases. As well as being really, really good at his job, he is also a really nice guy. Can't imagine using anybody else and wish we had happened upon this company a long time ago.

Exceptional Service - Thank You PC Answers!!!
I had called Tom Martino's show after the hard drive in our Dell laptop crashed for the tird time in five months. He told me to call John at PC Answers and I can't begin to tell you happy I am that I did. Dell sent me a new hard drive and PC answers not only installed it, they also recovered all the data off the old drive and made sure the laptop was up to date - all as a favor to the show and at no cost to me! I even dropped it off in the morning and had it back that afternoon. I will gladly tell everyone I know who needs help with their computers to go see the folks at PC Answers. I have used John and PC Answers for several years and have found each and every experience exceeded my expectations. I've been using John Hogan of PC Answers for years now and there hasn't been a problem yet he couldn't solve. You have the option of either bringing in your computer or they will come to your home or office. His rates are reasonable, his service is complete and he's a joy to work with.
Pros:All of the above. Plus he can usually help you within days. He now has the ability to remote access your computer and can often correct software problems.

My home network was not working. My desktop had several issues. John fixed everything, recommended some free softwares that would protect my data, set up automatic backup for once a week. He was knowledgable and efficient. He also showed me how to perform a couple of simple tasks that would clean up my data storage.

John always saves the day!
I have used John Hogan at PC Answers for the past 8 years and I can assure you that I am extremely thankful for all the help he has given me. John keeps all my computers tuned up, provides me with the latest in technology that will make my life easier and has even supplied me with a couple of new computers when I needed them. I am a Realtor and being able to access my data bases is EXTREMELY important to me. At the first sign of a problem, or when my computers start to act slower than normal, I make the call, he comes and I am back to running at top speed. I have also learned that it is important to have him just tune them up from time to time. It really prevents problems. Slow Computer
