Ed is the best of the best when it comes to anything regarding our computers. He can also educate and explain in a manner that is easy for us all to understand. He has saved me each time I've had problems and shown me what to do in case of future problems. I would never call anyone else.

Great Service!
American Tech Support is great! They came to my business the day I called them and fixed our problem so fast that it didn't even feel like they were here! I don't think that I would ever call anyone else. Not only did they fix our problem but they also helped us upgrade and "clean" our computers. If you're going to call anyone for tech support just save time and call American Tech Support

Great very knowledgeable service
The company had someone out the next day and coordinated with other workmen in the house installing an alarm system. Very knowledgeable and helped improve my system security and made numerous suggestions. I got a follow up call to be sure all was perfect and it was. Very professional, I will use this company again.
Pros:Professional, polite, patient working with other contractors on site, cleaned up after work, on time, offered suggestions, brought equipment needed, on the spot trouble shooting for existing problems on my system. Excellent!

I saw ad in Yellow Pages
I've tried other computer repair ads in the Yellow Pages. "American Tech Support" is the best. If I were to rate their performance on a scale of 1-10, they would be a definite "10".

Customer FIRST - bottom line LAST!
American Tech Support is FABULOUS!!! Ed was extremely helpful and very mindful. He talked with me about the issues I was having without talking computer jargon that was over my head. He was also very conscientious about the amount of time and the cost. He worked hard to keep my costs to a minimum. I really appreciate the customer coming first and not the bottom line.

Server Help
After calling through many computer companies of this list I found American Tech Support the most knowledgeable. Our company was actually previously using another company on the referallist's site. Due to poor service of that company we searched again and found "ATS". After 3 months of continued top notch support I can leave this review with confidence. They are a safe haven.

Thanks for all your help
Ed set up my home network years ago and he and his team have helped me make several changes and upgrades over the years to keep it running perfectly. He seemed to know how we were going to grow so that when the time came, we are already ready to connect without having to buy new equipment. I've had them transfer the hard drive contents from old machines to new ones and re-install all my settings. Never had any any complaints about them.
Pros:Decent hourly rates. Honest with hours. Good value.

Excellent Technical Support
I really appreciate Ed's approach to figuring out the problem with my computers and fixing those problems. He is extremely helpful in making sure that I know what he is doing with my computers so that future fixes won't be an issue
Pros:Works independently without the constraints of the computer stores, efficient, will work nights in order to not interrupt company work hours. Reasonably priced.

Exceptional Service
Ed and his team have been lifesavers to 2 different companies I have worked with now. In two instances they have literally saved us from losing a large amount of money in lost labor due to hardware failures and unscheduled downtime, by getting out to give us onsite support on very short notice. In addition they've helped us in both situations, to craft a technology plan that helps us assure that unscheduled downtime does not occur in the future.
Pros:Consistently underpromises and over delivers. Exceptional integrity. Quick Response time. Knowledgeable and most importantly, Ed has consistently made every effort to save us money, even when it resulted in a smaller sale for him

Professional, timely and customized support
American Tech Support is professional, timely and not under the "rules" of a big-box store. Able to give customized support and will work until the problem is solved.
