Recomended by a Co-Worker Frank Duran was recommended to me by a co-worker and from the moment I spoke with him on the phone I knew he was the realtor for me. His 'can do' attitude, real estate knowledge, and professionalism set him apart from other realtors I spoke with. Honesty Frank Duran was my real estate agent in the sale of my home. Prior to that time, I was working with a
different real estate company and agent. I was in a situation where I was under contract to build a
house, and needed a quick sale on my home. I didn’t feel that this was being pursued by the agent I
was working with, and therefore, withdrew from the contract.
I began to interview other real estate agents at various companies.

I was lucky enough to be found by Frank after listing with on other agent had expired,Iwasa naive enough to think that if my house was staged andimmaculately presented, the house would sell itself. So the first time a had a 3 month listing with one of those rtedused commision real estate companies. Our home was originally listed with another broker. During the time of our initial 6-month listing term, the broker

I’ll make this as short as possible. Frank sold our home in 10 days. During that 10 days,

To Good to be True "Too good to be true?" Mr. Frank Duran is too good, but proved that it is TRUE! Frank is a delightful, and energetic

Excitement and Follow up First of all, let me tell you that I don’t like realtors, especially the pushy type that call you out of the
blue and act like your best friend. I don’t like loosing money, and I don’t like feeling dumb. So I
decided I would sell my house myself. No problem, I read a few books, talked to a few friends
and had an open house. No problem and no buyers.
I told my husband "okay, if it doesn’t sell by the first of the month we’ll get a
Realtor." I advertised my home in the paper and guess what? No buyers.
People were calling asking me about financing and foundations, subjects I
