Quality Work Good Experience
Wow! Fireplace Services installed a gas insert for us. They did a quality job, completed it on time, and came in under their estimate. I highly recommend Fireplace Services, and Buck Marsters.

Better Than Expected
Buck was prompt, professional, clean, and took great care not to damage either the fireplace or the surrounding area. He fixed the problem quickly, didn't over charge, explained what he was doing, cleaned parts and areas, and even cleaned parts and areas not usually seen. He even hauled out all of the waste. Great guy, great value, and honest.

I feel fortunate to have found him here!
Buck fixed my gas fireplace, educated me on future maintenance and possible things to watch out for, had all the parts he needed, knew exactly what he was doing, and kept it all under what I thought it was going to cost. Very reasonable. He was so personable and nice, we had a great conversation while he was working. I would recommend him...and WILL recommend him to anyone.

Professional, dependable, honest gas fireplace ser
A few weeks back I contacted Fireplace Services' Buck Marsters via Tom's referral list. I had previous experience trying to find someone to service my fireplace, but had difficulty finding anyone who really knows what they are doing. Buck really knows his stuff. He set an appointment time and kept it. He also fixed my intermittent lighting problem and added a fan, per my request. The fireplace has worked better than it ever has since the repair, and now with the fan, it serves as a great heat source in my home.
Pros:Prompt, honest, accurate estimate, parts on hand, very proficient (I watched him), pleasant, fair price, and even educated me on how to deal with future issues myself,

Geat job
I had Buck repair my pellet stove. I had no heat, he scheduled me right in. It works great now! He kept the house clean while he worked, there was no mess when he was gone!
