Panorama Property Management
I am a real estate investor who was managing my own stuff prior to 2001. I had grown from one building to several and thought I was doing ok. When the tech turn around happened I knew I was in trouble. At that time I signed on with Panorama and they saved my assets. As we head into another difficult time I am very happy that I have Panorama to manage the Real Estate aspect of my life. I would recommend them to anyone like me. Mid range commercial property owner/entrepreneur who is realizing that managing a real estate portfolio is not that easy on top of everything else.
Pros:Small and responsive to me as an owner. They are also the same with my tenants. They are not afraid to speak up and and advocate for the long term health of the asset. They work very diligently with my lenders and will do due diligence on stuff that needs to be done. Very helpful and courteous.
