Fair and honest
We have had Rick out twice now. I don't know for sure if he owns the business or is one of the techs. The 1st time was for our washer and then a few months later for the a/c unit. Both times he called 1st and was on-time with the appt. we had made. The prices were fair. He was very honest about what work needed or didn't need to be done. He did not rush through the job and was happy to answer all of our questions. We will certainly be calling on him next time we have an issue come up.
Pros:He was honest, fair, and sincere.
Cons:If I have to name one- the only thing I can think of is that I had to wait a couple days to get an appt. because of his work load (not a big deal though).
