As a regular customer of yours over the years, I’ve always appreciated the knowledge and excellent customer service I have received from you and your service personnel. This morning was another example of excellent customer service and knowledge. Over the past several months, I have been having problems with my furnace-mounted Humidifier, and called Elkhorn to check it out. This morning Fuzzy, the Service Manager, came out and indicated that I was not getting proper water flow in the humidifier. He did an excellent job of diagnosing all the potential issues, and found the issue: a problem with the rubber seat of the saddle valve. This was another example of superb customer care and service, and it is why I continue to call Elkhorn for my various HVAC needs. So, Kudos to Fuzzy and your entire team for your excellent service.
