Timely Service and Excellent Repair

Within 90 minutes of calling, Scott appeared and in less than an hour cleared our drain. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, used shoe covers (was snowing outside), and was careful to protect our hardwood floors. Price was reasonable, service was timely, Scott was a professional... should we need a plumbing contractor in the future, Scott and Quality 1st Plumbing will be the first company we call. We could not be more pleased.

We had a leak somewhere in our pipes that every time we did a load in our washer it would leak down into my bathroom. I went online and did some research to find local plumbers in my area. I had a total of four companies come out and give me estimates. I don't know if I had unrealistic expectations about the price but when I heard some of the quotes it about knocked my shoes off. I made an appointment with Quality Plumbing to come take a look at it. My appointment was for between 8am-10am. I received a phone call at just after 8 saying that the technician would be there in 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, Steve was there right on time. I told him the story about the leak and where the water was coming from, showed him the bathroom and then the fun began! Steve told me that he couldn't tell exactly where the leak was coming from unless he could cut through the wall. I asked him the price, and when he told me, I was sold. It was definitely the least expensive. Steve, began his job, cutting through our dry wall until he found the problem. We had a pipe, that during the time we have been living in our house, somehow split in half and was no longer connected leaving room for water to come pouring through. He told me in a detailed way of what he would need to do, the time it would take and how he was going to do it. He even came up a little after he started saying that it was a larger piece of pipe and asked if he could cut more out of the ceiling so he could reach it. I thought that was great that he asked before he did it. All in all it took him a little over 2 hours to complete the job which turned out to be a little more difficult that originally planned, but Steve was great during the entire process. I had asked him before to please write out a very detailed account of what was wrong, how it might have happened and what he did to fix it so we can show our insurance. He walked me through the charges and took my payment, leaving me with his number just in case anything ever happened again.Out of all the plumbers that I met and worked with in the past 2 days I would definitely recommend and use Quality Plumbing again for any of my plumbing needs!

I called Quality 1st at 9:00 am and they arrived by 10:30 to replace a water heater. Price was also very reasonable.
