Almost paid COBRA costs, saved me thousands

I contacted Mile High Insurance when I was on the cusp of having to sign up for COBRA; I would have had to pay retroactively for months of coverage when my family didn't require services. After MONTHS of filling out apps, spending hours on the phone and being denied coverage due to very minor pre-existings, Chris Thaw found me an appropriate plan the very same day I contacted him. I still carry the same plan over 2 years later. He and his staff are dedicated to their industry and, more importantly, their clients. They are educated to changes in the industry and offer a wide variety of products-including life and long term health.
Pros:Great customer service and follow-up. Offered me several products and offered me the pros/cons of each. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

This agent is a health insurance expert who keeps up with changes and new policies. He listened to my needs and opinions, and took time to give me a detailed explanation regarding what I needed and why. We both agreed on the best policy for me, and it was actually a very pleasant experience. He loves his work and it shows. I feel lucky that he is my agent.
