We recently had to have a window replaced in a home where the new window had to "match" the existing ones.
Kenny Kunz listened carefully to our needs and showed several windows which met the criteria. He then explained the benefits of our two first choices. His careful listening to our requirements and knowledge of his products made the selection process very easy.
The installation of the window was well done: the window area was carefully examined and the installer made notes on what the desired window's installation in that window opening would need. The installation itself was very well done. Any questions relating to products used were fully explained. The area was carefully cleaned after installation.
I would use Reflection Windows and Doors again.
