Nesheim’s is extremely knowledgeable and skillful, much more than any other carpet service I have had. Your understanding of challenges and the approaches needed to resolve them is a blessing; I can’t imagine using anyone else. In particular, Leo and Bryce did a fantastic job on my very difficult carpet. It is cream colored carpet with a bad wicking problem, and they did the best work I have had done in two decades. Leo especially, with his experience and thoughtfulness, saw instantly the need to do the high risk first and put fans on them to get them dry quickly. As a result, by the time they left the carpet was dry and looking beautiful. Whereas the year before, and every year before I started using Nesheim’s required a return visit due to wicking and staining. They were both very courteous and easy to have around, and were even careful about where to park the truck so the exhaust did not create a problem. They were extremely thorough as well. When I checked the whole house before they left, they had taken care of everything perfectly, with wonderful, inspiring results. They also did a terrific job cleaning my chenille cream colored couch and chair. These pieces are even older than my carpet, and they go through a lot, including ink stains from pens being left open. By the time they were done the furniture looked brand new and it has held up in the weeks since then. From here on out, I will only use Nesheim’s!
