Overall great experience When our furnace wouldnt light up on Friday, it's not the greatest feeling. I did some research and found It's Done since I've never needed a furnace fixed before. It meant alot to me to know It's Done Plumbing and Heating came recommended by both AAA and the Better Business Bureau. I called and though I couldnt get someone out immediately (It was the first cold day of the season, lots of people probably figured out they had an issue), I received a call very quickly to set up an appointment. Adam showed up right on time which was important with our busy schedule. He was very friendly and informative. He listened to my observations of my problem and did a thorough check. He explained everything he was doing and let me know my furnace was great, however, my thermostat was causing the problem. He offered his service and gave a few options. Wires are not my thing and he fixed up everything for us. In less than an hour, my furnance was working great with a new thermostat. The pricing was reasonable and I felt much more comfortable having a professional do the work...and so did my wife! It's Done and Adam went above my expectations. I will be calling them first for all of my future needs. Thank you for your help.

Good service Thomas Meyer in Truck 44 arrived when promised and performed excellent work. He was however, thru no fault of his own, disrupted a number of times during the job taking phone calls about other jobs. As a former computer service technician I know how distracting it can be to have to stop what you are doing to handle a call about something else. It makes the job take twice as long as if you could just complete the job you were on. I sympathize with Thomas.

Real, down-to-earth plumbers, honest work and estimates We had a very expensive, tough situation unexpectedly and the guys that came out from Done Plumbing were very straightforward and honest with us. I felt like they related to our situation-people who don't have money to throw at random things that break down. I had a leak above the hot water heater and Wayne from Done Plumbing came out and replaced a portion of that line above the water heater. I was very thankful for their help. The leak had flooded a portion of the basement and he even helped me find a flood recovery firm to help me clean up. I found the leak during the night and when I called Done Plumbing they instructed me on how to turn off the water from the hot water line until they could come out and see it for themselves. They came first thing in the morning and remedied the situation. They did an excellent job. I will definitely call them again when I need them.

We called the plumber to get the kitchen sink unplugged. We decided to get a new garbage disposer and a free pipe cleaning came with the purchase. The blockage in our kitchen sink pipe was far worse than we expected. After working in a very small uncomfortable space for hours, using the snake tool to remove the clog, it became obvious that it wasn't going to work. He had to go under the mobile home, which is an unpleasant task under any circumstances, and clear out the plug from under the house. He was very patient and remained very professional and polite. He cleared the plug and did a great job of installing the disposal. He worked as neatly and cleanly as possible and clearly explained what he was doing. I would definitely be happy to use Done Plumbing again and I would suggest them to people I know.

Wow, this was completely unexpected. Amazing service!! The entire experience was well beyond expectations, From the time I made the phone call, the order center receptionist was very proffessional when taking my call and the calling back to verify the techs arrival. As far as the tech, I can say hands down, I have never had someone as thorough as Thomas in 30 years of home ownership. Not only did he go out of his way to explain in every detail the pricing and preventative care, he was also personable in every way.I'm not particularily fond of spending 351.00, but with this type of service, it was worth every penny.

I was very pleased and I would call them again if I ever needed anything. I called Done Plumbing to have my kitchen sink replaced along with all the piping underneath the sink. I was planning to install a water filter to my fridge and even signed some papers to have it done, but when I realized that I couldn't have it done due to the positioning of my fridge, they were really nice about canceling it. They were very thorough and professional. The only complaint I had was that they seemed like they were in a hurry to get to the next job, but I understand how it is with plumbing. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work they did. The guys that came in to do the work were all very friendly and professional.

110!! So above and beyond!! The guys at Done Plumbing take the time to stop and explain what's going on! The job that Done Plumbing does is above and beyond anything. After checking out my hot water heater, Done Plumbing told me that it had sediment in it and explained it to me. They did a very good job! Done Plumbing also fixed the toilet. They took it out, and not only cleaned up after themselves but also a toilet stain behind the toilet that had been there for two and a half years!!Nowadays, it's just not quality. People now just take advantage of you. This man, from Done Plumbing, as well as Nick, actually took time to explain things. Instead of telling me to buy a brand new hot water heater, Done Plumbing told me to go ahead and keep my old one since this was what I wanted. They didn't push me. Done Plumbing has done work for me three times: once at my old house and twice at my new house. They are so above and beyond! I would give Done Plumbing 110!! It feels good to have somebody you're comfortable with in your home. Done Plumbing has hometown quality. I felt like it was a neighbor or a friend coming over to help. Done Plumbing rocks!!

Same Day Service - Excellent I tried to fix my shower faucet on Memorial day, needless to say Tuesday morning I started looking for a plumber. I called 4 companies on Tuesday and left voice mails, no one ever returned my calls. Wednesday morning I started again and called Done Plumbing based on the excellent reviews. I was afraid they didn't service my area (Elbert County) but they did. The appointment was scheduled for between 1 - 3 PM. They called at 12:30 to tell me Josh was on his way. He looked at the problem I created and the several small annoying plumbing problems I have had for awhile. He gave me the prices to fix each item and I agreed to them all. Josh is an outstanding plumber. He was polite, neat, clean, and very knowledgeable. He completed all the work and cleaned up after wards. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely call them again.

Main Sewer Replacement On Tuesday another company arrived to replace our Main sewer drain. When the contractors got here to do the job, they rescoped the line and it was different than the \Other\" company had told them and needed to change the price... they packed up and left. The Company said they would call me that afternoon and did so wanting an additional $1800. for THEIR error... I told them NO Way.....Wednesday morning I contacted Done Plumbing for a free estimate. With in a couple of hours Chandler was at my home to do the free estimate and even rescoped the again to make sure where it went. Upon doing this he contacted his company and came back with the worst case scenerio. We made the agreement on the project and the crew were here at 8:30 Thrusday morning. I was very pleased with the professional way they all worked. They took the time to answer any of my questions. And I watched them most of the day wanting to see what I was paying for.At one time I had two very large holes in my yard and one in the street. I left on a short errand and when I returned I was amazed that the hole next to my house was closed and other than a little more dirt around the grass area you could not have known anything was done.When they finished the other location other than the green tops of the flush to the ground cleanouts no one would ever know there was once a large hole dug there either.You talk about under promise and over deliver. That is what they did.I would STRONGLY recommend anyone needing this size of a job done to call DONE!! (plumbing that is.)"

Excellent Service Done Plumbing did an excellent job at diagnosing and fixing our plumbing problem. The plumber took care to keep our home clean by wearing booties over his shoes while in the house and by laying down a tarp around the plumbing area to keep it sanitary and unsullied. Done Plumbing has never let me down. The best display of their capability came the day before Thanksgiving when the sewer line of my own residence failed; within an hour, I had a technician scoping the problem and making recommendations. Within four hours, the backhoe was excavating the line, carefully placing the upturned earth onto a sea of lawn-protecting plywood on my front lawn. By sunset, the system was connected and flowing better than ever, with exterior clean-outs in place for easy preventative maintenance. I trust them I can trust Done Plumbing to take care of my elderly mother's plumbing issues with exceptional service and care. I know that Done will take care of her without charging her too much or telling her she needs things that she doesn't really need. They treat her with respect and are very professional. I feel comfortable having Done go to her home without me there. Done Plumbing has been servicing our family for years and I've always been most pleased with every aspect.

I saw that Done Plumbing had an A+ rating in the Better Business Bureau, which was why I decided to call them. They replaced my water heater, and the installation was faster than I thought. They came out and did the work right away. I did not really have an opportunity to get another bid because they hook you in with the trip charge when they come to do the estimate. Also, I would have liked a copy of my warranty...they have it in their book but I did not get my own copy. Overall, Done Plumbing provided good service and I would consider using them again.

The technician made me confident in their quality. I recently used Done Plumbing for some work in my house, which was built in 1975/76. I have lived here for 15 years and, as far as I know, this was the first time that the house had been Roto-Rootered. Done Plumbing also repaired a leaking pipe. The work was completed yesterday, so it is hard to rate the quality at this time, but the technician who did the work made me feel confident that he was qualified, so I am expecting high quality. Initially, I was going to call Home Depot, but I wanted a company that had good ratings on the BBB and Tom Martino's referralist.com. That is why I decided to use Done Plumbing. They responded quickly, within an hour of the time I called. The technician wore booties over his shoes when he was in the house, which I appreciated. He was very conscientious and well-mannered. He fulfilled my expectations in terms of customer service. While the cost was a little more than I expected, I did not feel that I was taken advantage of. I feel confident that Done Plumbing treated me fairly and did a good job.
