Nothing like having your 3-year old lock the bathroom door and pull it closed (thankfully he was outside the bathroom) and THEN finding out that the previous house owners installed the lock wrong so the easy fix wasn't working. Express Locksmith came within 30 minutes and had it open and fixed in no time and for a very reasonable price. Thanks!
