Premier Roofing was professional from start to finish! Justin Schnittker was very professional in his presentation of Premier's products and services. His estimated schedule for the replacement of my roof didn't vary by more than a day. The work was completed quickly and the quality was excellent. Cleanup was also impressive. Premier handled all the estimates and reimbursement with my insurance company and probably was instrumental in getting me a better replacement job than my insurance company initially wanted to provide.

We had a damaged roof and our insurance agent asked us to call Premier Roofing to see if there was enough damage to file a claim. Tony Ramos came over and spent a great deal of time assessing the damage and gave us a report to give the insurance company. His quote was so thorough that the insurance adjustor used it to make the claim. Premier Roofing put on a beautiful roof in just a little over one day, including taking off and hauling away old shingles. There were no surprises not just great work, but good people

Received great service through Premier Roofing Co. Brent Egger, our salesman, was very thorough, honest, quick to respond to any questions, and ensured all was done as promised. He insured we got the exact shingle (Brand/Style) that we requested and was patient to wait for final payment until the final insurance check was received. We recently had our roof replaced by Premier Roofing company after sustaining damage during the June hail storm of 2012. The reason we went with this company was because of the salesman Justin Schnittker who came to our door. It was evident that he was very hard working, and we appreciated the genuine manner in which he communicated and worked with us. Two other families in our cul de sac also used Premier to replace their roofs, and I know it was because we all felt very comfortable with Justin. Premier worked with us in a timely manner, delivering the materials when they said they would and completing the work on time. The work crew that actually put the roof on, were extremely efficient and everything looked great when they were finished. We had a positive experience and would enthusiastically recommend Premier Roofing to anyone in need of a roof replacement.

We were very pleased with using Premier Roofing to replace our roof from the June 2012 hailstorm. Jamie was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our many questions, was easy to get a hold of and quick to return my calls. He helped choose the color of the new shingles and it really made our house look so much better! They were happy to work around our travel schedules when setting up dates for the materials delivery and the replacement itself. Also, we had quite an ordeal getting our insurance checks endorsed by Bank of America but Premier was incredibly patient in waiting for them to come in. Once they arrived, Jamie even came to the house to pick it up for us! Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely recommend this company.

Premier Roofing Company replaced our roof after the June 2012 storm. Jordan Kleinman stopped by our house and offered to inspect the roof for damage. He also evaluated other areas of the house for additional damage. He helped get the insurance claim started, worked with the insurance company through the entire process and helped make sure that all of the necessary damage was covered. The service was outstanding. The actual roof replacement was seamless and extremely fast. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Great and efficient professionals.

Due to the June 2012 hail storm in the area, we had an opportunity to compare neighbor experiences in working with roofing companies. We feel very fortunate to have chosen Premier Roofing. They are GAF Certified Master Elite, and received the Gold Star from the BBB. The materials and quality of the workmanship was of the highest quality. A competitor came to the door prior to our new roof being installed. When I told him that we were under contract with Premier, he said, you picked a good company; they will do a quality job for you. He was right! Premier did an outstanding job in working with the insurance company to ensure that we were not reusing flashing and that our insurance paid for a quality roof & materials. I would recommend getting the impact resistant shingles as you will probably receive a substantial discount on homeowner's insurance.

We cannot say enough about this company. We had two types of roofs damaged. the house was composite and the garage was metal. They were prompt, efficient and everything from start to finish was perfect. our job manager Brent Egger was outstanding! He was always available and went over and above his job title. When Premier showed up, they gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work and offered to do it right then due to how small the repair was. The person was polite and courteous. I had a great experience with Premier Roofing. I was quite intimidated by the whole process and Premier made it easy. I spoke to a number of different roofers before deciding on Premier. I ultimately ended up using them because they have a wide selection of products and their sales staff was very professional. Additionally, they have done tons of roofs in my area and my neighbors all liked them. I am a very picky homeowner and I was extremely impressed with the job they did.

I just finished having my roof redone in West Wash Park. When I saw so many houses getting new roofs this summer I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to have mine redone too. The Premier Roofing salesman came out to my house for a free evaluation of whether my roof would qualify for replacement by my insurance. He came back the day the insurance adjuster visited my house and checked up on the progress throughout the project. I am extremely happy with the finished product from the quality of the roofing material to the level of detail put towards the flashing and replacement of the gutters. They did a great job of cleaning up after the project and did a great job of protecting my yard and windows during the removal of my old roof. I would definitely recommend Premier to any of my friends and will be using them the next time Denver is pummeled by hail.

T.P. I had Chad Novak, a Field Representative, from Premier Roofing come out to inspect my roof for storm damage. After the inspection, he provided me with the information to file an insurance claim and helped me feel comfortable with the process. He also took time to meet with my insurance adjuster so I did not have to take off of work. Premier Roofing put on a great roof with an outstanding warranty and cleaned up nicely. One of the things I would recommend to homeowners is to research your roofing company, the products they use and the type of warranty the roofing company offers on there install. Is your Roofing contractor going to pull a permit with the local Jurisdiction? Does the Roofing contractor offer free upgrades? Does the Roofing contractor pay attention to small details? Does the Sale Representative seem more interested in what you can do for them, than what they can do for you? Derek Weldon and Steve Rodenbaugh are Sale Representatives for Premier Roofing and did an excellent job explaining the entire process of what I as a consumer could expect out of the life of the material and Premier Roofing’s guarantee that they stand behind their work with a long term company warranty. I not only inspected my own roof but the County Inspector also inspected my roof. I am completely satisfied with the professional Job Premier Roofing did on my home!

Excellent Roof and Service!! Martin O'Keefe from Premier came to my door after I had several roofing companies look at my roof. He asked if he could take a look and said I had approximately three times the hail damage it took to get approved for a new roof. He walked me through the process and within a few weeks I have a beautiful new roof with a 30 year warranty. Martin was extremely responsive and was a great help. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent and Professional We really appreciate the work of Premier Roofing on our summer home in Evergreen. The Salesperson, Chad Steele, was very professional and Trevor Johnson did a excellent job in guiding the project to completion. Because of hail damage, we had to have a new roof and gutter installed, as well as screens on our screen door and three windows. All of this work was done in an excellent manner. Since we do not live there all the time, we were glad that Premier Roofing went ahead and completed the work in our absence. We would not hesitate to recommend Premier Roofing.

Excellent professional service - Invoice 5863 Skylar Memsic, our sales rep, made replacing our roof as painless as possible from start to finish. He personally walked the roof both before, during, and after the work and stopped by numerous times to keep us informed all along the way. The roof installers were courteous, efficient, and left the area clean. Highly recommended. These guys are great! They really pushed our insurance company to buy us a new roof. Trent K. and John S. were wonderful people to work with. Trent was down-to-earth and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or push me into anything. In fact, he was quite informative and helpful. John was great in helping get the roof for us. Their communication was fantastic as I would always receive a quick reply to questions whether it be by phone or email.
