We want to thank you for all your support and customer service with the replacement of our roof. The situation prior to your involvement left us in a real bind and you only had about one week to help us resolve prior to the sale of our home. You took the time to understand the promises made by the last roofing company, who disappeared on us. By having the extensive background in the industry and working with the insurance companies, you helped us understand how the last company was dishonest in their “promises”. You handled contacting the insurance company after the first company had only a partial replacement covered under our homeowner’s policy. However, the city code does not allow for a partial replacement for the type of material on our roof. As consumers, we would have never known this and could have paid someone else and been liable for correcting the problem. The roof was completed in one day and passed the midway city inspection. The roof was completed the day before we were set to close/sell our house; we are still impressed you pulled this off. You pulled the workers off other jobs to fulfill ours and it was amazing how quickly and efficiently everyone worked together. In addition, Roof Worx has been patient with receiving full payment due to the initial time constraints and the insurance requirements, which Brian Benson helped us overcome. We could have not asked for a better company to be on our side during this challenging time.On top of all of Brian’s outstanding customer service, he came back with another Roof Worx’ professional, Thomas Miller, after the roof was completed to help us load our moving truck with the heavier items. A roofing company who also will help you move, who knew there are still people who care. We were blessed to have Roof Worx and Brian Benson working with us and teaching us how true professionals in their industry are supposed to conduct business.We recommend Roof Worx and Brian Benson to anyone who is in need of a new roof; they will be satisfied throughout the entire process.

If there could be any criticism it would be around timing in getting everything done, especially around the fascia replacement. We would like to thank your team for installing a new roof on our home on July 27, 2011. After meeting with several roofing companies that came by our home to talk to us about a new roof we were always left with an uneasy feeling. When we met with Victor Stewart he gave us a step by step plan from the first contact with the insurance company to the final inspection on our new roof. He guided us through each step and everything was done exactly as promised!!

My family and I recently encountered a horrific storm in Sterling, Colorado that severely damaged our home. The entire outside of the home was basically destroyed with the roof, siding, windows and guttering all needing to be replaced. The team at Roof Worx was fantastic!
They were literally at our house within 48 hours. They were not only courteous and professional but showed a true sense of caring for our home. They immediately assessed the damage and worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure we didn’t miss any of the small details. Once the estimate was completed, we discussed the timing of completing the job and the sense of urgency I needed as we had just accepted a contract on the sale of our home. This was never an issue as they had the roofing crew on the job within 96 hours. They worked diligently to manage the project and like dominoes all the pieces fell into place. They literally had to manage 4 separate crews as there was a different one for each area that had to be fixed.
I whole heartedly recommend this company and especially the tag team of Sully and Brian our Project Managers to do any job big or small.
I have over 30 plus years in the home improvement industry and know it’s rare to get quality this good. They kept every promise and made sure all the work done was nothing but the best!!!

I would like to recommend Roof Worx roofing company as a good company to work with for your roofing needs. The reasons I am saying this is because I just used them for my roof needs and at all times they were professional and easy to work with if I ever had a question or concern they were there to answer or correct anything I needed from them. I had a real hard time with my mortgage company signing the check that my homeowner’s insurance had paid and they were always there to show me support and do whatever I needed to work with my insurance company. They completed the job without the funds being paid and had to wait quite a while for payment and always understand and were never rude about the money. They stated they understood and would do whatever I needed to help me with this.
They did a great job on the roof and gutters and we are very happy that we used Roof Worx as our roofing company. I highly recommend them.

This letter is in regard to the replacement of my mother’s roof in Ft. Collins, CO. Since my mother is elderly, I handled the process for her. I first contacted Jerry Sullivan of Roof Worx in July; he immediately scheduled a roof specialist to evaluate the roof for me. His recommendation was to have the roof replaced. Roof Worx contacted our insurance company, with my assistance, and took care of all the details required. My insurance company then came out to confirm that a new roof was needed – the same specialist met the insurance adjuster at the property to review what he had found. The adjuster then informed that a new roof would be installed and that a check would be sent to cover the cost.
In approximately 2 weeks, the material was delivered to the house and the new roof was installed, on the exact day that it was scheduled. Even the details were taken care of: new flashing, roof jacks, and vents were replaced so the roof is now brought up to code. They took care of getting the building permit from the county as well.
I would highly recommend Roof Worx and Jerry Sullivan to anyone needing their roof replaced. Jerry was always professional, considerate of my time and acted in a professional manner. Thank you for making it easier to get the job done!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my complete satisfaction with your company and with Victor, your salesman. From the very start my husband and I thought Victor was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions regarding the company, products used, insurance questions, etc. Victor was willing to answer our questions honestly and with pride for the company he worked for. He put our minds at ease and we felt comfortable hiring Roof Worx to replace our roof.
Once the contract was completed, less than a week later our roof was done. And we hadn’t even paid them the down payment. I was shocked when they called and wanted to get it scheduled before receiving this payment. I had put my trust in them and they in return put their trust in us. Very impressive!!
The crew that came to our home to replace the roof were very professional and polite. Everything that was promised was delivered. Tarps were placed all the way around our house to catch any debris that fell from the roof. When I needed to get out the door they made sure that they stopped working for that moment so it would be safe for me to cross the threshold. The project manager was here several times throughout the day and kept me updated on the progress. And the yard was cleaned up afterwards; even the trash that blew down the street was retrieved and disposed of.
The office staff I spoke with were all very courteous and accommodating. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner.
All in all this was a great experience for us. We strongly recommend Roof Worx to any of our friends or neighbors. Thank you for doing business with us.

I must say we were a bit leery when Victor from Roof Worx knocked on our door. We’ve heard horror stories, so we usually send all the roofing companies running and don’t give them a chance to speak. Boy are we glad we let him in! Every step involved in the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency and expertise. They filed the initial claim with the insurance company, making sure any additional requirements from the City Inspector were covered as well. The crew arrived on time, was extremely nice, and did a great job, including cleaning up every scrap and nail. As promised, my flower beds were protected.
We highly recommend this company. We didn’t have to do a thing, and now we have the nicest roof on the block! It’s truly gorgeous, thank you!
