Vivax has great customer service and very high quality paint! The interior of my apartment was a hideous spicy mustard color everywhere. The new paint was of great quality and only one coat was necessary in the kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Two coats were used in the bathroom but only because I chose a dark brown, cappuccino color. I couldn't be happier with the finished product or the service I received from Vivax. They stand behind their word, have reasonable prices, and provide great customer service.

Difficult house to paint

I researched almost every painting company in the Denver area. I am Glad I decided to go with Vivax. My house is a very difficult house to paint and also needed a good amount of wood work, having a carpenter working within the company is a great plus. I am a Aircraft Inspector by trade, so my attention to detail is very keen. John C. Project Manager and Chris S. were very professional and knowledgeable. After the final walk through John and I both notice very little items that needed to be touched up, within minutes it was done. I recommend Vivax Pro Painting over anyone else. On top of it all the final price was even lower than the quote price, which is always a plus to the customer.

'll give 'em a four, despite some issues. Their customer service is far and above any other contractors I've worked with. Each time I called, they either answered the phone or called back in a timely manner. They followed through with all their promises, and the end result is good, but not great. You can't beat the price!! And for an added bonus, you should take full advantage of their referral program. It's well worth it. They won't accept payment until the job is done - no down payment required!!! Now the issues. The crew hired to work on my house had never been used by Vivax before. And I paid the price for that. They were lazy, took longer than projected and had to constantly be told and re-told what they missed and what they didn't do right. I almost felt like I was being picky - but the fact is, they were not a quality crew. It's been about 3 months and just the other day I was on my roof and looking at the trim. I can clearly see my siding's paint color (tan) in the green trim. Upon closer look at some of the lower areas, it's the same way. The Vivax rep. who quoted the price was great, but he told me a different version of what work would be completed than was actually completed. I was told all gaps in the siding (where the top piece and piece underneath fit together) would be filled with caulking. The crew and reps. that came out on the day of painting said otherwise. In their credit, they fixed the areas I requested they caulk. Overall, for the price & the customer service, Vivax is of highest quality. My mom and my in-laws both had Vivax paint their houses and had NO issues and excellent service as well. I just got stuck with a new, inexperienced crew, which ended up tainting the entire experience and continues to keep me wondering if this paint job was as good as it could have been had an experienced crew arrived. Make sure you specifically request a crew they have used many times before!

Wow, where to start! I cancelled my initial estimate with Cory Hynes, but he called back the next afternoon and convinced me it wouldn't hurt to just let him do an estimate. He showed up on time and really put me at ease. He went over the estimate top to bottom and explained everything. I was really impressed. With finances being so tight I was going to postpone painting, but Cory sold me on Vivax. Then when I had a family emergency and was gone for a couple weeks, I called Cory and he assured me that my estimate would be honored for upto a year. Cory was very professional and held true to the promises he made during the estimate process. Thank you Vivax Team for the overall great work. The house looks great. Vivax was one of the two and came out on top for several reasons. Perceived honesty, no-pressure sales, knowledge of paint and process, and a simple guarantee (if there's something wrong we'll fix it, no hidden exceptions). From that first excellent meeting to the end of the project EVERY expectation/commitment was met 100% of the time. It's 10 months later and I still can't say enough good things about every one on the team as well as Vivax in total. I also managed the painting process of our neighbor's house (they live in AZ). The same excellent service and support was apparent from day one to end of job. I don't know where you would go to find a better painting contractor. I had 3 prior estimates, but Vivax was the only company that requested I be on site at the time of the estimate. Lauren came to the house to complete the estimate. She was on time and extremely thorough in her explanation of their process and what I should expect, along with the pricing. By the way the price was one of the best I received. I signed the contract on site. The communication was excellent, between double and triple checking the paint colors to letting me know when they were coming to pressure wash. Logan the project super, was very diligent in making sure I was comfortable in everything that was going on, in each step of the process. He was onsite an hour prior to final walkthrough, and had already started to note imperfections that I would have missed. I have had a lot of dealings with different contractors and this is one of my best experiences to date. I would recommend them 10 times over.

Great Customer Service & Price
'll give 'em a four, despite some issues. Their customer service is far and above any other contractors I've worked with. Each time I called, they either answered the phone or called back in a timely manner. They followed through with all their promises, and the end result is good, but not great. You can't beat the price!! And for an added bonus, you should take full advantage of their referral program. It's well worth it. They won't accept payment until the job is done - no down payment required!!! Now the issues. The crew hired to work on my house had never been used by Vivax before. And I paid the price for that. They were lazy, took longer than projected and had to constantly be told and re-told what they missed and what they didn't do right. I almost felt like I was being picky - but the fact is, they were not a quality crew. It's been about 3 months and just the other day I was on my roof and looking at the trim. I can clearly see my siding's paint color (tan) in the green trim. Upon closer look at some of the lower areas, it's the same way. The Vivax rep. who quoted the price was great, but he told me a different version of what work would be completed than was actually completed. I was told all gaps in the siding (where the top piece and piece underneath fit together) would be filled with caulking. The crew and reps. that came out on the day of painting said otherwise. In their credit, they fixed the areas I requested they caulk. Overall, for the price & the customer service, Vivax is of highest quality. My mom and my in-laws both had Vivax paint their houses and had NO issues and excellent service as well. I just got stuck with a new, inexperienced crew, which ended up tainting the entire experience and continues to keep me wondering if this paint job was as good as it could have been had an experienced crew arrived. Make sure you specifically request a crew they have used many times before!

Wow, where to start! I cancelled my initial estimate with Cory Hynes, but he called back the next afternoon and convinced me it wouldn't hurt to just let him do an estimate. He showed up on time and really put me at ease. He went over the estimate top to bottom and explained everything. I was really impressed. With finances being so tight I was going to postpone painting, but Cory sold me on Vivax. Then when I had a family emergency and was gone for a couple weeks, I called Cory and he assured me that my estimate would be honored for upto a year. Perceived honesty
We needed our house painted and obviously had several contractors to choose from. I did some research and interviewed three via phone and then met with two face to face in our home. The foreman and production manager did a thorough walk-through at the end of the job to identify any areas for touch-up. We received a number of compliments from the neighbors on how much the paint job improved the appearance of the house.

“In May of 2008 we had Vivax paint the exterior of our home. They used brushes per our request, but they can also spray which is a bit less expensive. They provided the lowest estimate (substantially lower), and we received several estimates. Just as important as the price, they knew their stuff and we had confidence in them from the get-go. They answered all of our questions and were very professional. We would go with them again and have recommended them to everyone we know.

House is Incredible
Courteous, on time, very professional! They did more prepping than painting and the house looks beautiful because of it. Drew and the crew were very open to suggestions and even added a few unplanned tasks for us. The company coordinated with our gutter company replacement perfectly.
