Great service
Chris cleaned the gas fireplace when the burner would not light. The fireplace was never cleaned by the previous home owners and now it works better than before.

Great service
Chris did an annual service on our furnace. He made a Saturday appointment, arrived promptly, was friendly and professional. He offered to add our name to a list to remind us to have the air conditioner checked in the spring. He found a couple of small gas leaks and fixed them. He charged the price he had quoted over the phone.

Great business!
Rock Heating & A/C has been servicing my furnace and air conditioner for the past three years. Chris, the owner, is extremely conscientious, always on time, and charges fair and reasonable rates for his services. I have complete trust in his work. Recently, he installed a new water heater for me in my finished basement, and made sure that not one spot of dirt was left on the off-white carpet from removing the very old and cruddy unit. I highly recommend Rock Heating & A/C !

Great Service!
Chris has been to my house a couple of times and was always prompt and clean. He made sure I understood what he was doing and even showed me how to fix a problem that may return with the furnace I have so I wouldn't have to pay him again if it happened again. I would highly recommend.

WOW - Outstanding Service, Value and Timing
We called Chris in the early afternoon - right now it's still snowing - our heater wasn't working - but he was over in a matter of hours. And now our heater is working. On a side note: my mom's furnace is not working either (we just came back from my father's funeral in Texas - and he was also very personable), nevertheless, hopefully Chris will be fixing her heater tomorrow!
Pros:Just about everything - quick, friendly, price-right and super skilled - he SHOULD be first on the list!
Cons:He's not first on the list - more people need to know about Rock Heating & Air Conditioning!

Exceptional service
Chris was exceptionally professional. He came early after calling to verify it was convienent for us. He quickly assessed the heating problem and gave us three different options for repair with the appropiate costs. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable.

Fantastic Service
Chris was professional and friendly. He even showed up ahead of schedule after calling to see if it would be okay. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and have him service the fireplace in the future.

Very satisfied
I needed to get gas plumbed to a new cooktop and contacted this company. Due to time constraints I only got their bid, so I'm not sure how competitive it was. It seemed reasonable though. Chris was extremely prompt and professional. He was able to get the work done quickly and even cleaned up after himself (had problems with other contractors not doing that). I'm very satisfied with the work done and would recommend this company to others.
