Barrie and Kerry Sullivan established the Law Offices of Sullivan and Sullivan, P.C., in 1982. Prior to that time, they were with opposing law firms. The Sullivan brothers had too many cases against each other, so they decided to join forces and become partners. All of the cases are taken on a contingency basis, and legal fees are paid out of the amounts recovered for the client. Kerry L. Sullivan attended the Boston University Law School, LLB; Barrie G.
