Unhappy with them
Spent a week trying to get an estimate for a warehouse in Denver. After getting many different answers as to what is needed. Finally spoke with office manager who said they dont want to work with an out of state company. This is after being over charged (and partially refunded, granted) for an assessment service. They need better communication with their office staff so that people aren't put in a situation where they have to find a whole other company a week later. Don't want to work with out of state company but takes out of state money.

The crew was awesome and may have saved our lives. They found gas and carbon leaks in the house from old fumes and other problems, such as electrical in very hazard areas in the house.
