Sean J. Gilliland, President/Owner/Managing Broker.  Sean brings 15+ years of Real Estate knowledge & experience to Denver Real Estate Moguls. As your exclusive agent, Sean delivers a wide range of specialized services to fulfill all of your needs, and is dedicated to superior customer service. He provides a high level of expertise, guidance, and professionalism throughout the entire home buying and home selling process. As a property manager his goal is to create a stress free situation for DREM's clients at the same time treating the home as though it were his very own. Sean makes sure to capitalize on monthly rent but even more important he makes sure that DREM finds tenants that will treat the property with respect.  

Sean has received numerous awards, including; receiving an award of excellence from the Denver Board of Realtors in 2017, being honored with the top Ten Partnerships award numerous times (when with Coldwell Banker, which placed him among the nation’s most elite real estate professionals and within the upper echelon of 2,000 broker associates operating out of 20 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices throughout the state of Colorado), Sean has also been honored as a Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent every year since 2007.

Sean is also a member of the board of Capital Hill United Neighborhoods (CHUN) representing the fourth district. He received a B.S. degree in Finance with an economics minor from Eastern Illinois University, and also attended Universidad de Granada in Spain, where he became fluent in the Spanish language. He has taught English as a Second Language, and also studied martial arts under 9th degree black belt Grand Master Sun Duk Choi for over 10 years, earned a 3rd degree black belt and taught underneath him for six years. Currently Sean teaches traditional Taekwondo at the Taekwondo College in Denver, Colorado under 8th degree Grand Master Yoon. Tasha Dunbar Vice President/Owner/ Senior Broker Associate Tasha joined Denver Real Estate Moguls in June 2012. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of property management. She is also a senior associate broker selling homes.

Tasha brings over 13 years of experience to Denver Real Estate Moguls including managing a 100 unit executive suite in Utah, managing Oceanfront Properties LLC in California and assisting small business owners in growing their business. Through implementation of innovative marketing, development and tenant retention programs, Tasha’s proven track record for “out of the box” thinking serves to enhance owner value and create an environment for the tenant that is second to none. Tasha places great emphasis on the tenant and owner relationship and excels in the areas of relationship, service and communication.

Tasha’s strong attention to detail and compassion to others allows her to close transactions and make the buying or selling process seamless and stress free.
