Huge disappointment
I as so sorry to see that Patriot Painting is still on this Referral List. I trusted that just being on the list was enough. It seems to me we are assured that those on the list are honest, reliable vendors. Patriot Painting painted my house in June 2018. The painters supposedly power washed the entire exterior of the house, but I have been told by professional painters that fifteen minutes is hardly adequate, that two hours would be more realistic. (Okay, I should have been watching. I trusted them.) I know for a fact that they did not prepare the front door prior to painting. Other problems include painting over peeling (not just chipped) paint, mismatched trim pieces, paint washing off a front shutter within a few days of painting, to name a few. I e-mailed Miguel A. Gallardo, Project Coordinator, with a list of complaints well within the 30-daytime frame and, after a second message asking if he had received my earlier e-mail, I was dismissed because they were "inundated". He requested some "wiggle room", but I received no further response. I mailed a detailed letter with that list and more, also within the 30-day time limit, and placed several phone messages with real people (including Caitlin and Brittany), all of which went unanswered. Whenever I drive into my neighborhood and see the splotchy paint on the side of my houses, I am sadly reminded of the inferior workmanship and of a company that just doesn't care. I am sorry I didn't check their website prior to signing a contract. The reviews there say so much, of not saying it all. With so many of those who wrote reviews, there is no way on this green earth that I would ever recommend Patriot Painting "Professionals" Inc. to anyone.

Very courteous
Miguel came within 24 hours to give us an estimate. Once I called him to start, they began prepping within 3 days. There was a couple of days of holdup because it was raining but once they started the painting they were done in a day and a half. The crew of four men were very courteous and professional and worked hard to get all of the details just right. They did an excellent job and my husband and I are thrilled!

Ballpark with others.

Original estimate.
“The process from the first call was very smooth - from the original estimate and contract, through scheduling and painting of the house. My only complaint is that after the painting was done, they NEVER requested payment for their services until we got an overdue notice in our email. We paid immediately, and would have paid prior to the notice if ANYONE had requested payment. There is one place that they did not paint – under a cable box. I may have them come back. I would use them again without reservation, but was just upset that no one had requested payment before they send a past due notice.”

Interior rooms in my home
Patriot Painting Professionals Incorporated came out to paint some interior rooms in my home. They did a very good job. They were prompt for the appointment. They were very thorough and professional while they were in my home. I give them all A's.

Overall I was very pleased.
Very happy with work. Miguel was prompt and professional when he came out for the quote. He was patient with us taking so long in picking out colors, playing phone tag. Crew did a quick and good job in under 5 days, lucking out with our rainy season this year. There were a couple of rotten frame portions around some windows which they replaced/painted, no charge. No paint dripped on gardens or surroundings, the only complaint was the amount of old paint on the ground after the prep work. Nothing much you can do about that though. They did try to pick up all they could after I pointed it out on the final walk through. Miguel found a few missed places on the walk through that I didn't see and the crew took care of it on the spot. Overall I was very pleased. I was expecting to find some missed spots, drips, etc., but still haven't found any 2 months later.

Did a great job
Partriot painting did a great job and were happy to do several walk throughs during the process. They were very timely and competitively priced. I would highly recommend them.

Superior in workmanship
We contacted Patriot in addition to three other outfits to bid on painting our eight townhome units. The bid he submitted was the lowest of the four bids but we didn't want to just go with the lowest bid, we wanted a quality job for the best price. The bid Miguel submitted was thorough as to what prep work would be provided and gave us pricing options for what quality of paint we wanted to use so we knew that his bid was comparable to the other bids. They painted samples on one of the units so we could make sure we'd picked the right colors. He responded to all the homeowner's questions and concerns professionally and timely. So in the end we decided to go with them not only for the price, but for the professionalism and responsiveness he always displayed. The project took a couple of weeks from prep to completion and detailing. The painters were courteous and took care of the details each homeowner desired. The only thing that was somewhat difficult was communicating directly with the painters who didn't speak English. We had to go thru Miguel for certain things and small things were lost in the translation, but everything was eventually done to the homeowners' satisfaction. When Miguel came out to do the walk-throughs with us, he was very professional, nice and patient given that he was trying to please eight different homeowners with various levels of attention to detail. All of us very much appreciated his ''whatever you need'' attitude and that he emphasized we had three years in which to contact him about anything that might not hold up. We all thought that as compared to the painting we had done ten years ago, that this job seemed superior in workmanship and thoroughness. All in all, for such a large job, we thought Patriot Painting did a great job and we won't hesitate to contact them next time.
