Amazing work and experience
Best experience I have ever had with a service company. I had to get a new AC and Furnace and it was a painless experience. Special shoutout to Cody, Wayne, Zach, Richard, Mike and Kendrick for the amazing work. Every single person that came out to my house was extremely professional.

Two No Show Appointments
I made an appointment a week in advance for a Wednesday. Plumbline called and said they could not make it. They say "Please give our Client Service Manager, Leisha W., a call at 303-628-3534 to discuss further." To a telephone number that is disconnected. Rescheduled for Friday morning, received a call from Plumline at noon. "We cannot make it to your house this morning" Poor way to operate a business.

Bad Experience -
When I called them they said it was a $49 fee to come to my house and tell me specifically what the problem was, then if I hired them to do the work the $49 would be deducted from the cost. I agreed. When they got here if I explained to the tech that my GFI kept popping off and it killed all the outlets in that circuit. Without even looking at a single outlet, fuse box, nothing - he handed me an agreement to pay $230 for a circuit diagnostic. So they were going to charge me $49 + $230 just to tell me what might be wrong, then charge me to fix it, less the $49. I explained what I was told on the phone and he said - sorry, this is how it works. I sent him away without paying anything, went to Home Depot and bought am $11 GFI tester, found that the GFI outlet had a lose wire and tightened it. All fixed.

up sell and did no work
ad someone come out to find out what was wrong with my boiler. Initially it cost me around $50 for him to show up but once he walked in and stood over the boiler he told me he needs to do testing on it and it would cost me $150. I agreed and I decided to watch and he basically sat there texting and calling other people within the company to find out information about the boiler. Then he told me I need a new pump but wasn't sure about it and it would cost me just of 2k. I declined, Once I signed the paper work he then he admitted to me that he doesn't know a lot about these. I ended up calling a different company and they found the issue right away and no parts where needing replaced and cost me very little. I called to see if they can give me some of the money back because he literally did nothing, and was told I'd get a call back but never heard from them. So they did a up sell on service took my money and did nothing. Do not recommend and will never use again.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Completely Dishonest!
DO *NOT* HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They will tell you that you need repairs or upgrades when you don't actually need them. The plumbers work on commission, so they will try to upsell everything under the sun, and scare you into thinking you need stuff you don't. They took advantage of my mother for a simple leak she had, and after everything was said and done, they charged her $1500 for stuff she did not need. WAY TO GO PLUMBLINE!! You took advantage of a senior. I will never hire you and I will be sure to tell everyone I know what an unethical company you are!

ALWAYS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!
I've known this company from the beginning and have used them several times. Their techs are top-notch. One time I called, and simply popped an internal fuse on a condo furnace. They found it quickly, fixed it immediately and did not charge. It happened when I was changing my own thermostat. You can trust these guys every time. Also used their plumbers and electricians. Always pleased.

Not reliable
So I have had a difficult experience with Plumbline Services...to say the least. starting on June 5th I had an appointment and got a call that they had a computer glitch and had to reschedule 100+ people...okay...now I’m rescheduled for June 11th 1-5 time slot, after 5 that day we get the call they can’t show up...I rescheduled again for Saturday June 15th, the guy does show up without the right equipment and is confused on what I need done( a tune up) mind you I have specified and made sure that they know I’m on the 3rd floor of a condo...they have assured me no problem we can do that not one person but 3 people have confirmed this...next the guy tells me he brought the wrong ladder and is not comfortable doing it...okay I tell him kindly to leave and have to call and reschedule again...they say this is a 2 person job so they will send 2 techs out...okay we are getting somewhere..mind you the roof is flat and the access is on the landing of stairs so not high but I get you need someone holding the ladder...I call the morning of June 25th to confirm I’m on the schedule and they are sending 2 techs...yup we have you down and 2 techs will be coming...guess what?!?! One tech showed up!!! they never had another tech scheduled and he too could not do the job...how do companies like this stay in business??? The last tech told me his boss would be informed of the mix up and they would call me to get something set up...they called 2 days later to tell me they can’t do the job sorry...now I have not said one thing negative to these people I have been quit understanding...I get it I don’t want anyone to feel unsafe...but when you tell me and I call you specifically looking for a services that you said in the very beginning that you could do I’m little confused...so basically none of your employees are knowledgeable about your services and there is zero communication going on in the company...your techs really have no idea what they are walking into...both techs who did come acted like they had no idea what I was getting done or that I lived on the 3rd floor. I would never recommend this company for anything...to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. If I could give a negative rating I would.

As the President of Plumbline Services, I'm embarrassed by how we handled this customer. I'll be the first to admit we aren't perfect, and as human beings we make mistakes occasionally. However, for this customer we messed up every step of the way and there is no excuse. I can only hope we get a 2nd chance someday to prove this is not how we normally operate. Bob Logan
Plumbline didn’t keep appointment
Plumbline made an appointment with me to install a whole house surge protector. The appointment was for 5/2/2019 between 9:00 and 1:00. They called at 8:55 on 5/2 and told me they were unable to make the appointment. I had rescheduled the day so I would be available for this appointment. Very unprofessional - don’t need to do business with a company who can’t honor their appointments.

I'm sorry you had a poor experience with our company. I know how frustrating it can be to schedule an appointment and then have it cancel or get rescheduled. Your time is valuable. We are constantly working on improving our processes and although we will never reach perfection, I know we can be better. If there is anything I can do to make it right, please call me directly at (303) 628-3530. Bob Logan/President
They Are Off My List
Called for a simple thing - replace my whole house humidifier. They refused to give me a quote over the phone. I asked to have someone develop a quote and call me back - I did not get a call back. Very poor response.

Mr. Stumpo - Sorry for your experience with our company today. Due to the fact there are so many variables, we prefer to get a licensed Technician to your home so we can provide an accurate proposal. Our whole house humidifiers range from $695 - $3,500. We offer bypass, fan powered and steam humidifiers. Some require additional electrical work. If you would like an exact quote, we will be happy to send a Technician to your home. If I can be of further assistance, please call me directly. Best regards, Bob Logan/President (303) 628-3530
