couldn't be happier.
Greg Phillips was amazing. He walked me through the process, step by step, making it as simple as he could for me. He was available at all hours for my questions and concerns. He got us a great rate and we couldn't be happier.

So Easy
Ryan was very helpful and professional. We changed properties the day before closing on the original property and Ryan made the process so easy. What might have been a very stressful situation turned out to be a very easy situation. We wouldn't think of going through anyone other than Ryan Herbig for a mortgage loan!

It was so easy to communicate
My hubby and I just refinanced our mortgage with ALM through Kevin Green. I expected is process to be a huge hassle, like when we bought the stinkin' house. Nope, the polar opposite! It was so easy to communicate with Kevin and his team through phone, email and text. They were super flexible and took all the work when it came to getting documents and signing them. Never once did I feel bad or pressure when we couldn't come into the office to sign paperwork. We always heard, ''whatever is easiest for you. We can totally come to you.'' I highly recommend working with this company.

friendly yet professional
I immediately discerned that Ryan has had nothing but a positive, friendly yet professional attitude since I started my loan process. I personally had such a struggle trying to purchase a house in Colorado Springs since October of 2014 non of which was his fault but completely nine due to my income and job. Although it took many months of struggling at this hope of a granted loan, Ryan made sure he did his best to get through in which he kept to that promise on August 4th of 2014 when I purchased my house here. I have nothing negative to say.

Ryan is great
Ryan and I have yet to complete a mortgage, yet he's been awesome. We have been working to get me financially in the best situation for two years. Ryan has been great, more than I could ask for. He's always quick to get back with me, if he doesn't have an answer he goes out of his way to find one. He's been abundantly patient. Ryan is great at his job and I recommend him highly. I can't wait until we finally get me into a home of my own.

Super helpful
The folks at American Liberty Mortgage were super helpful and very patient. They answered all my questions and were extremely nice about some confusion that we had that involved a roof replacement claim during our refi. Great service with Kevin Green!

We are saving over $300 a month now
I just refinanced my mortgage with ALM and Chris S helped us so much! We started the process last fall, but my husband became unemployed and we had to put a halt to it. Chris was understanding and kept in constant contact. Once we were ready to roll, he was on top of everything. We are saving over $300 a month now. This was so easy and not as nerve-wracking as I anticipated.

Saving us a significant amount
I refinanced my mortgage with Merritt Noel and he was able to lock me in at rock bottom rate, saving us a significant amount off my monthly mortgage payments. Paperwork was easy and their office locations in the Highlands was convenient. Merritt was able to answer all my questions and was super responsive.
