Poor customer service
The person on the phone was so rude and not helpful at all. This company has very poor customer service and I suggest staying clear of them. There are so many better local companies out there.

Brothers Flooring Inc. consistently canceled my appointments to do other's "Big Projects"
Brothers Flooring Inc. consistently canceled my appointments to do other's "Big Projects". MY ADVICE My advice is not to use Brothers Flooring unless you have a big job. My $500.00 job just didn't seem to be valuable to them. THE DETAILS My experience on July 9, 2019 with Brothers Flooring's estimate was great. Ralph Jorgensen was on time and very professional. The problem was that they never kept an appointment with me after that - my job was too small, so my appointments were give to others. On July 11, I made an appointment to have my floor refinished on July 30. Brothers Flooring didn't contact me about canceling my July 30, appointment. The day before the appointment, they were supposed to call and let me know the time they would arrive. When they didn't call, I called them. I spoke to Angelica, the office manager. She told me that two of their three crews had quit that morning. And they would have to re-schedule. She explained that my job was small, and she had to fit me in between bigger jobs. We re-scheduled for August 15, the earliest next appointment. I told her that I'd appreciate if they would let me know if they had an opening earlier. I told Angelica about the appointments that I had to move to be free at for them. When I asked Angelica why they hadn't called me when they knew they wouldn't be coming, she explained that she just had too much to do. She seemed upset that I thought she should have notified me. On August 3, Brothers Flooring called me and said that they had an opening on August 6. I took the opening. Brothers Flooring called on August 5 and told me the crew would be there between 7 am and 8 am on August 6. We moved all the furniture and everything hanging on the walls out of the room where Brothers Flooring would be working. I was waiting for Brothers arrival when Angelica called at about 7:15 am and said they couldn't come, they had other big jobs to do. Angelica was surprised that I was upset and told me that I just didn't understand all the problems she had to deal with. We rescheduled for the next available appointment, August 21, 2019. Angelica said she would call the morning of August 21 and let me know when they'd be coming. (This is a change. Before, I was told that I would get a call the day before my appointment. I think that I got "Special Treatment" because I complained to Angelica.) On August 9, I decided to find another company to do the work. I called Brothers Flooring to cancel my August 21 appointment. Before posting this review, I tried to call Ralph Jorgensen. I wanted to tell him about my experience. I called on Tuesday August 6 and was told that Ralph was out of town; Ralph would call me back by August 9. He didn't.

Amazing Refinishing Job
WOW!!! I would give Brothers 20 stars if I could. Ralph came out on a Wednesday, I received a very reasonable quote on Thursday morning, and James started the work on Monday morning! I had an old tired red stained high gloss engineered floor. James sanded it beautifully and mixed an amazing half grey half brown stain that each board soaked up differently. It looks like a brand new floor. James suggested a satin finish and we are so in love with this new floor! Ask for James. He was a pure joy to have in our home. WOW! Wish I could upload some pictures!!! We love it!! Ps. Ask for James!!!!

Fantastic!!!
The work you guys did was fantastic. My tired old floors have new life in them. When I bought this house it had carpet throughout and when I decided to rip it up I was supprised to find the original hardwood floors underneath. They were in pretty bad shape. I wasn't sure if they were going to be salvagable. I had eight companys come and give me quotes. Most were in and out in less than ten minutes.Ralph (the owner of Brothers Flooring) came out personaly and spent about an hour going over every thing that we could do to save the old floor, and he quoted everything in writing on the spot. There was no question about what I would be paying and for what services. I chose to use Brothers Flooring because I was really impressed with the level of service at the initial estimate. And I am glad I did. You guys did a fantastic job on my floors. From the terrible stains and flaking boards to the flushmount oak vents you installed, it all looks terrific. I am very pleased and would highly recommend you to anyone. Jason was a hard worker. He was great helping me pick out a stain and it looks amazing! Thanks for everything. You guys rock!!!
