TERRIBLE! HAD PPL DRIVE OUT 10 HRS FOR THEM TO STILL NOT HAVE HEAT UPON ARRIVAL AT AIRBNB SPENT 225 FOR THEIR YRLY PROGRAM FOR THEM NOT TO SERVICE OR CALL ME. AT 830 SHE OFFERED THEY COME TO THEIR JOB. I DECLINED N MOVED ON SO RENTERS COULD ENJOY VACATION FOR THE EVENING. OWNER NICE BUT DOES NO GOOD IF EMPS DONT DO THEIR JOB!!
I was getting the 19.95 furnace tune up. The owner was doing the work. he spent 2 and 1/2 hours doing the job. I am a DIY guy and was asking him repeatedly how to troubleshoot and fix different items and he consistently slowed down to explain things to me. I would recommend this company to anyone. I felt like I was robbing him for only 19.95.
