Chris is very professional and did a great job on the carpet. We have 3 dogs ..2 of which are still puppies. Any and all stain/smell is gone. I would recommend Chris and Triple C highly and will use them again.
Triple C was short on employees due to the need to help people in the State of Louisiana who had flood damage due to the horrible storm they experience. Triple C still had employees in a short manner of time at my home to assess what need to be done. The employees were friendly and easy to work with, and they explained everything that needed to happen and why. They also let me know the approximate time it would take to dry the carpet. The employees came back on a regular basis to check the carpet status. I always knew when they were coming and if they were going to be delayed.
If you want to patch your carpet, make sure you have some spare material. That said, these guys did a great job.
