WOW!!! I would give Brothers 20 stars if I could. Ralph came out on a Wednesday, I received a very reasonable quote on Thursday morning, and James started the work on Monday morning! I had an old tired red stained high gloss engineered floor. James sanded it beautifully and mixed an amazing half grey half brown stain that each board soaked up differently. It looks like a brand new floor. James suggested a satin finish and we are so in love with this new floor! Ask for James. He was a pure joy to have in our home. WOW! Wish I could upload some pictures!!! We love it!! Ps. Ask for James!!!!
