I had a bad experience with Steam Pro's duct cleaning service and the technician that they sent out. The owner promptly contacted me and did what he could to rectify the situation. The owner was very courteous and I appreciated his efforts."

The owner of the company Steve Hursh said please call his cell phone and he will make sure that he rectifies what you are unhappy with. He will be at the office until 6pm this evening. He won't be back in until 7:00 am on Monday.
I am so incredibly sorry for what happened.
